[kde-edu]: gps interface/daemon/spec for kde/gnome

hi,

i am on it - but i have to add hardware detection to hal and solid first -
as these devices are mostly USB to TTY bridges, we have to make same sort of
"asking the user what to do with the detected device".

after that - it should feed the data to geoclue ...

someone already added support for USB to TTY devices to kde trunk, but not
dependend on gps devices.
i can forward this mail if you want. geoclue integration itself is not
started because of this.
