[kde-edu]: 3 [Portuguese of Portugal] to [Esperanto] vocabularies

Hi Rui,

we started to use kde-files.org for Parley files.
Can you please upload the files there? In recent versions of Parley they 
will automatically appear in the Get Hot New Stuff dialog (Parley from KDE 
4.1 and later if I'm not mistaken).

The advantage is that you can also update the files yourself.
