[kde-edu]: kvtml contribution

Hi, I have been working on a kvtml file which I converted from the
Total Torment.jml on http://folk.uio.no/davidjo/flashcards.php, which
was based on the Unihan dataset which comes under this license
http://www.unicode.org/copyright.html.
Anyway, its almost done but I am stumped at a few things, for example
none of the entries have an id attribute number, and my awk skills are
non-existant.. I wonder if anyone on this list can help me... also
some of the translations are missing entries, will that matter?
