KDE-Translations in Ubuntu 8.10 are really a desaster!

I checked kturtle's translation from a 8.10 live cd, they ship the kturtle
code with 18nc, but strip off the context in kturtle.mo/kturtle.po.

Fools!

Mauricio, Cies, ignore / reject all translation bug reports from 8.10 users
and advise them to use another distro.

I think there is a strong need for an action from the kde community, the gui
translation of german (and a lot of other languages) is also a desaster.
