Excuse me, I needed a bit;
Currently you have to know that KDE on Windows in general is not as
stable as one would expect, having said this you should have a look here:
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE_on_Windows/Installation
You should check it out for yourself, the edu package definitely is
there and should work quite well (though there are some things that we
cannot provide at the moment).
