[kde-edu]: GSoC Proposal: KidDraw

Hey,

I'm very happy you want to have it in KDE Edu, and I think it's a good idea to 
transfer the source to the KDE repos as it would of course be more accessible 
there for anybody else. 

I do also plan to still work on the app, though currently I'm very preoccupied 
with school. Due to not getting the GSoC spot I won't be able to work on all 
the plans I had for this summer (I'll need another source of income), but it 
should be possible to get at least some things done to get at least the basic 
features in it, and I probably could use some help with it.

So though I can't promise I can work on it a whole lot in the near future, I 
will pop on IRC (TSZCheetah) late tonight (UTC+0200) or this weekend to get 
things moving.
