[kde-edu]: KStars fails to build, related to libnova

 As of r741493 I was using above, the #ifdef was there too. I updated
to r742147, the problem still exists. And I have libnova 0.12.1
[compiled from src, installed in /usr/local], so that #ifdef is
sastified.

 My /usr/local is a symlink, I'll check if that causes the problem.
