I am currently working on a patch for KDE 4 but I have problems with
my localisation settings (kconfig does not start), so please be patient. I 
will provide a patch when I am able to test it on my machine. Currently I 
obviously have to update to qt-copy 4.3 first. That will take some time 
too. :)
