[kde-edu]: Patch for Kalzium (Bug 122760)

Hi all!

While discussing a translation problem in the german team
I found that Kalzium does not consider localisation when 
displaying numeric values like mass or melting point.

There is a bugreport for exactly this problem.

As nobody seems to care about this topic for about a year
I tried to find a solution.

The attached patch fixes the issue and uses KLocale functions
to localize the displayed values.

The patch applies to KDE 3.5 as I think it should be fixed there 
first. I'll do a forward port if the patch is accepted.
