[kde-edu]: Step and Summer of Code ?

Hi Vladimir,

Too bad I cannot co-mentor it but I'll be away most of July and August without 
Internet.
I hope 1 or 2 edu developers will volunteer to mentor you. Thanks for 
submitting it.
