Dear Vladimir, 

we could try to
- contact kde-artists mailinglist
- find free icons from kdelibs or opencliparts
- create own icons (if you can specify tasks)

As for modelling, I found an interersting source that is mainly German, 
but has some interesting code in it:

I think we could try to translate single models easily.
