[kde-edu]: Step: some news

Hello All !
You heard nothing about Step for a long time: its because I've been
too busy with my work. But anyway there is actually some progress with
it:
- added viewport zooming
- added undo/redo support, you can even undo simulation results
- rewritten reflection mechanism for StepCore
- added tooltips for objects and properties
- added icons for objects
- slightly cleaned up code, fixed some bugs
- polished GUI look and feel

If anyone has ideas about missing (or existent) icons for object
palette, please share. I'm planing to make them bigger (at least
32x32), but small version can be shown in tooltips or in world
browser.

Now I'm working on rigid bodies and collision detection, I hope it
will be ready in a few weeks (yes, collision detection is quite
complex thing...).
