[kde-edu]: kvtml-file: german arabic for beginners, 1

Hi there,

here are some basic words/phrases for german / arabic. I created and
used these files for selfteaching me the arabic language. There are 2
translations for each german word/phrase. first is the arabic
counterpart without vocal signs and the second is with.

It should be helpful for other peoples
too, if somebody can upload it to the website.
