[kde-edu]: Step: ported to KDE4

Hello All !

I've just finished porting Step to KDE4. It is now available in
/trunk/playground/edu/step
(http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/edu/step).

(I still can't figure out how to get rid of '&' in dock widget headers
- it is added by KDE classes after calling KApplication::exec. If you
have any ideas please share it).
