[kde-edu]: kvtml2 storage of pictures

Hi Falk,
thanks for writing. I guess that the documentation in that regard really needs
to be updated. For me the picture tag is still new and I do not have very
much feedback for it, so I'd love to hear more.
Relative paths are valid of course. Parley will even use them, but only under
the condition that the image files are located in either the same folder as
the document or any subfolder of this folder.
Rationale: As you said, sharing, could either be by having document and
pictures together or preinstalled.
Having tags like <image>../../wherever/image.jpg</image> is not really great.
I hope this does work as I described, if not, please let me know.
