[kde-edu]: Widgets Section of the edu.kde.org Site

Hi,

after my changes to the site I missed to committ the widgets folder. I fixed 
that and added a short info page about KPlotWidget. Please have a look at

http://edu.kde.org/widgets

Perhaps a page about the support library libkdeedu would be nice, too? This 
should not replace the api references, but motivate developers with some 
general info about the use of library components and some screenshots and 
examples.
