[kde-edu]: adding ExtDate* to kdeeduwidgets

I can not say it for sure, but this way of using the normal constructors and 
the init() functions could make extdate compiable with gcc 3.x.
(Jason: do you remember the issue I had with extdate when during the akademy 
days I commented out two constructors?)
