[kde-edu]: Vocfile German-Esperanto created - please upload

Hi!

I created a basic vocabulary file German-Esperanto for kvoctrain with the 278 
most oommon words. Since the word roots for verbs, nouns, adjectives and 
adverbs are the same in Esperanto, there is no need to classify them in a 
more precize way.

Can somebody upload this file to the web site please?

(yet I will remove it there as soon, as you have put it on the kde-website)
