[kde-edu]: cmake question

Hi again,

so, I didn't try the "remove dirs" variant, but checked out the whole KDEEDU 
instead. Libkdeedu and KTouch compile nicely (with lots of deprecates in 
it :-), but I have something to start with.

How do I get rid of the ctor_deprecated warning in the class declarations 
generated with uic/moc? Simply opening and saving the ui files in QT4 
designer?
