[kde-edu]: Look over fences: AbulEdu

Dear KDE-Edu developers,

at Malaga, the wish was uttered to get ideas for new applications.

Well, for those who read French and/or Tcl/Tk, the AbulEdu applications 
could be interesting (1).

Most of them are only in French so far (however internationalisation has 
been started). And most of the applications seem to be written in Tcl. 
Maybe some of you know a way to "konvert" the code (to Qt this is).
