[kde-edu]: Can't compile kdeedu because of kalzium solver

In fact this is the issue, that the compilation of kalzium + eqchem solver + 
builddir != scrdir is not working, due to the custom Makefile in 
kalzium/src/solver.

The custom Makefile is there because the autotools don't support ocmal when 
compiling.
