Hi!

I did not try FET yet so I don't know a lot about it. It seems Qt based, but 
is it KDE based? What are the dependencies?
In anycase, if you want to have it added in the kdeedu module in svn, you need 
first to import it in playground/edu so people can test it.
Do you have already worked with svn? Are you confortable to import FET 
yourself? If not, I (or somebody else) can do it. Please tell us more about 
FET (does it have a graphical frontend? how does a teacher make a timetable?) 
and if you want to add it in playground/edu.
