[kde-edu]: Installing libkdeedu/kdeeducore headers

Sure, we do the same now with the libkdeedu/kdeeduplot headers and libs. So other programs outside of kdeedu can use our libs.


Btw, all users of the kdeeduplot widget should include
     #include <libkdeedu/kdeeduplot/kplotwidget.h>
and link against kdeeduplot (add '-lkdeeduplot' to LD_ADD line in makefile)
