[kde-edu]: MoleculdeParser in libkdeedu or libscience?

Hi Carsten,

I would say go ahead and put it in libkdeedu if you want to.  While 
there's currently no other app that would use it, if you think it is 
potentially useful for apps besides kalzium, then it should go in libkdeedu.
