[kde-edu]: extdate library licensing

Hi, i've been having a look at extdata licensing and all the files say they are LGPL except extadatetime.[cpp|h] and extdatetimeedit.[cpp|h] that say they are GPL.

IMHO it would make sense to change those files to LGPL also to have a fully LGPL library.

Headers and commiters say people with copyright in those files are

Jason Harris
Pino Toscano
Adriaan de Groot
Stephan Kulow
Laurent Montel
Anne-Marie Mahfouf
Dirk Mueller

I think noone of them (except maybe Michel Guitel who i don't know) will object in the change. 

Do you think it's worth taking this path?
