Well, you can already build kdelibs and some apps on Windows, i've done it for
kombination, if you want i can try to spend next weekend seeying if a quick
compile of kvoctrain (is that what you want right?). The problem is that the
bundle will be HUGE as we will have to ship, kvoctrain exe, kdelibs, kdeui,
qt, freetype, etc etc etc.
