well, just do a cvs up -dPA in the kdeedu module and you'll see kwordquiz.

I cannot point you to the move commit as such moves are done without any 
commit but here is the link to the flashkard removal commit from David Faure:

webcvs is lagging, it happens that servers have problems or some scripts 
sometimes fail ...
