[kde-edu]: KWordQuiz

Hi,

I believe KWordQuiz has reached a point where the basic feature set is more or 
less complete. In the last few days I have added documentation to 
kdenonbeta/doc/kwordquiz and also What's This help to the application.

At this point I would like to encourage everyone to test the program, review 
the code, and submit any comments so we can make a decision on whether it 
should go into  kdeedu as a FlashKard replacement or not.
