[kde-edu]: Flashcard and Vocabulary programs

Hi,

That's fine with me. The code reviewing and testing, no doubt about it.

I wouldn't do this if I didn't know I will be able to maintain and update my 
code.

I sent a request for cvs access some days ago to annma at kde dot org (the 
address given on the web page).
