[kde-edu]: New Project - mental arithmetic

Hi,

release means "to make freely available for all
users"; 
it means not "release on CVS" - i would not release
any app on cvs without your approval.

Well, i had a look at KMathTool and tried to contact
the developers but i didn't get any reply. If it does
almost the same i may expand my application with some
extra features. What do you think?
