[kde-edu]: Missing 'configure' in kdeedu distribution

Hello,

When using CVS, there is an additional step required: you must first run "make 
-f Makefile.cvs" before attempting to run configure.  The INSTALL file 
assumes you are running from a distributed version of the code, which is why 
you don't see this instruction.
