[kde-edu]: Missing 'configure' in kdeedu distribution

When you use CVS, you have to get the related compiled qt-copy and kdelibs 
modules.
Then you have to do:
cd kdeedu
make -F Makefile.cvs
./configure
make
make install

If you need more help, please state exactly what CVS copy you get for 
kdeedu.
