[kde-edu]: Proposal: KWar

It yesterday came to my mind that there never really was a time without
humans battling each other. On the one hand I do believe we have to chance that,
which I am working on, on the other hand I do believe people should KNOW
this. People should *visualize* this. How to? THat was my idea: Kwar!
Kwar is a program which shows a 3D globe with all the countries. While the
globe spins, time runs past (with configurable speed) and each country in
which a war takes place flashes for that time. One could now pause the program
and see some information about that war, like time span, who against who etc.
The idea was inspired by a Windows program which queries some Nasa server and
shows the latest earthquakes on a 3D globe. I think it would be quite a
up-waking program....
