Well, there is (IIRC -- can't check now because I'm just re-installing 
my machine and re-compiling everything) other stuff in HEAD that 
isn't shipping with 3.0. KLatin has been in HEAD for ages, I just 
updated it to a more recent version.

I personally don't really care if it's removed from HEAD, although 
please don't simply remove it since the HEAD version is the main 
development one.
