System Settings - Mouse

Hi, I'm new to KDE Plasma, and am trying to get my 5-button Logitek mouse
to be programmed.  The System Settings - Mouse will allow the extra buttons
1 and 2 to be programmed, but the center button (scroll button) cannot be
found in the system settings.  I have also tried to program the mouse with
xbindkeys without any luck.  Please advise.
