kcms/notifications: follow HIG a bit more for the buttons

### Reason for the change
The HIG says that buttons should start with a verb. This is especially
true for flat tool buttons that lack visual affordances of
interactivity. Without the leading verb, they mat not look  interactive
and be missed.

Rephrase some buttons accordingly, and improve an icon to better match
its text.
