Window Decorations

Hello,

I have just tried to install a theme via Global Theme, but it failed. I had
to remove the remaining bits by hand, but couldn't remove the Window
Decorations. I have looked around but can't find the location for the
installed files. All online searches having failed, I turned to the KDE
Help, which is very nicely done, but the crucial information about
installation locations is also missing there. I know that adding this
information is not an easy task as you don't know which distribution people
are using, but some indication as to where they might be would be very
helpful for the various components. Despite all the 'progress' Linux and
KDE still require some manual tinkering, and thank god for that, but
finding information is increasingly more difficult.
