Qt 6.10.0 is from the Arch "kde-unstable" repository and khelpcenter is built
against Qt 6.9.1

Help Centre: 6.0.25080
KDE Frameworks: 6.17.0
Qt: Using 6.10.0 and built against 6.9.1
Arch Linux (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.16.1-arch1-1

No, I don't think it's that, when I revert to Qt 6.9.1 it loads the local
docbook files OK
