That is part of the time formatting based on your locale.  In  
SystemSettings, Region and Language, Set Time Format - if you see a AM  
or PM, it's 12 hour, otherwise 24 hour.  I'm not aware of a way to  
change it specifically, other than by choosing another setting.  I'll  
guess you can create your own locale, but I've never needed to bother.

put a link where?  drives/partitions other than what?  Does either  
"fdisk -l" or "lsblk -f" do what you want?
