Hello! 
When we click on the “Info Pages” item in the left panel of KHelpcenter, this
item starts blinking, the KHelpcenter window comes to the foreground, and does
not allow switching to ANY other windows. You have to go to the console using
Ctrl-Alt-F2, run top or htop and there kill a bunch of processes generated by
KHelpcenter. Only after this is it possible to go to the GUI and work as usual.
