Repository location of English documentation files

Correction:
The confusing bullet is the one before,
- the *English documentation* files in the directory l10n-kf5/documentation/
*EXAMPLE* (you need this file to generate the translated DocBook file)
The directory l10n-kf5/documentation/ is the one that I cannot find.
