[docs] [Bug 457549] docs.kde.org are outdated

Perhaps the main page could be updated by adding a note that the docs are
identical to those shipped with the relevant software, and if it is outdated,
it is still the latest available.  I know it still won't get much notice, but
at least it shows the problem is not with the web site, but with the original
documentation.
