The docs.kde.org page is hugely outdated. The logo is still from KDE 3, the
shipped documentation seems to at least 3 years old, sometimes even 10 years: 

https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdevelop/kdevelop/index.html

Since this is, what people find when they google (how I just did) would I
recommend to take this site down. 
I hope somebody has access to it (or can even update it with the current state
of the documentation)
