Documentation improves

* Update date and version numbers
* Remove final whitespaces
* Remove unused kappname entity
* Use suitable tags, add empty lines and re-indent some sections (more readable)
* Use a suitable capitalization, tagging and punctuation
* Use more entities
* Remove and reuse toolbar section as action icons into Graph Editor
* Rework all icons and renew two screenshots
