Done.

Yes. Because there is no automate to calculate when the translated docs are
"ready" for prime time from the translator's point of view.

In our bulky "KDE Translation How-To" (I've updated it for the current state
but it will be online later).

In short,

1. Clone the scripts into the same dir as the zh_CN Subversion catalog

git clone git at invent.kde.org:sysadmin/l10n-scripty.git

2. Try something like

./l10n-scripty/update_xml zh_CN bomber

3. Install the dependencies until it works flawlessly.

For the full Chinese experience, it is worth translating this very short file
(you can attach it here or directly commit zh_cn.xml into the repo)
