SUMMARY
Dolphin handbook is not self-contained; it requires Konqueror handbook to
describe how to create a new directory which is a basic functionality of a file
manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Read the page "The Menubar in Dolphin's Main Window"

OBSERVED RESULT
You will find an explanation of all available objects in Konqueror's handbook
in the chapter Create New.

EXPECTED RESULT
That information should be readily available even if Konqueror is not
installed.
