20200712 KDE Help documentation page needs "GUI" defined on first page it is used.

Example in chapter 3 , a sub heading is "GUI Elements".

My pupils could not understand this as the abbreviation "GUI" is NOT
defined on its first use.

Please use GUI Elements (GUI = Graphical User Interface)
