I wasted some time on this with no results. Somehow KHC (or rather its HTML
engine) fails to calculate the size of the "title" for "Start Page" for the
first time. But it is enough to go to the next page to fix rendering.

It might happen that this can be fixed with a one-liner in navigator.cpp but I
do not know what this line is. :)
