Skanlite and selected area

Hi,

The latest Version 2.1.0.1 allows the selection of an area smaller than 
the full page (as expected, but with the added step of clicking on the 
"+" sign). However, on openSuse 15.1 (with KDE 5) the scan saved differs 
from the red outline. Attached is an example: the red outline excluded 
the torn edges at the right of this cartoon clip but did include the 
left frame edge (cut off in this sample). The scanner is a Brother 
MFC09340CDW with a scanner driver downloaded today 
(brscan4-0.4.8-1.x86_64.rpm). The artwork was centered on the fixed platen.
