D21196: [RFC] Move Continuous option to View Mode submenu

REVISION SUMMARY
  This moves the Continuous option from the View menu to the
  View Mode submenu. This makes the View Mode menu (a KActionMenu)
  more useful in the main toolbar.
  
  The primary intention was to make this view option consistent with
  the change colors feature (which would also get such a KActionMenu),
  so both can be added to the toolbar as menu button. See my
  suggestion in Bugs 407217 and 407326.
